Special Vehicles for Mixing and Transporting Plant Protection Products and Liquid Fertilizers (RSM)

Capacity from 6,700 to 10,000 L

Septic tank vehicles for plant protection products and RSM fertilizers feature a special pump that allows mixing of liquids inside the tank. They are standardly equipped with an upper platform and a filling hatch, which enables easy loading of plant protection products into the tank. After mixing, the pump transfers the mixed liquid to the sprayer.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

  • Mixer equipped with CA4 pump with multiplier.

  • Pump driven by PTO (540 rpm).

  • Enables mixing of liquid fertilizers inside the tank.

  • Enables pumping of liquid fertilizer to the sprayer.

  • Mixing pump capacity from 550 to 1650 L/min.

  • W52 connections at the pump for pumping liquid fertilizer to the sprayer.

  • Mixer equipped with a fire hose Ø 52 mm, 20 m long.

  • The tank is not galvanized externally, painted in any RAL color from the palette, and inside coated with a special lining allowing transport of plant protection products and liquid RSM fertilizers.

  • Upper hatch with ladder and platform for easy loading of granular fertilizers or plant protection agents for mixing.

  • Safety railings to protect the operator from falling.

  • Three sight glasses indicating the fill level.

POMOT also offers standard septic tank vehicles with non-galvanized tanks, protected against corrosion with a special coating suitable for transporting plant protection products and RSM fertilizers.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

  • Tank painted inside and outside with paints suitable for working with RSM; for vehicles with LINE-X coating, the tank is painted outside and lined inside with LINE-X protective coating. Full tank coverage with LINE-X coating is possible, with double surcharge.

  • Axle set with increased load capacity compared to standard vehicles.

  • Stainless steel hydraulic rear slide valve 4” behind the fire hose connection.

  • Stainless steel manual side slide valve 4” with fire hose connection.

  • 4” fittings.

  • Appropriate choice of tires.

  • Other equipment as per standard for the given vehicle type.
